• For a large specialty commercial carrier located in the Southeastern US, we provided a comprehensive assessment of the loss control function, staff, and programs. We then developed and provided a short and long term strategic plan for efficiency, staffing, personel and service improvements.
• For two medium sized Third Party Administrators we provide safety consultation services to their clients in multiple states.
• For a national writer of property and casualty insurance we perform site surveys and reports for various lines of coverage.
